At 16 years old, while most of his friends were playing video games, our founder was doing people’s tax returns….and he never looked back. After his first internship at a small CPA firm, he realized he wasn’t just interested in getting businesses to be financially compliant; he wanted to help them grow.

Fast Forwarding when Precise MGMT was founded, Will was a skilled Accountant, confident in his abilities. Taking a leap of faith, he negotiated with a client to pay him the same salary he was making at his job, but for just one day per week, for a year. With this opportunity, Will believed he could start his own business and figure things out.

However, the reality of entrepreneurship proved challenging, and Will experienced what he now humorously refers to as "entrepreneurial suicide." Realizing that he lacked the knowledge and experience to run a successful business, Will temporarily sought employment elsewhere. Yet, this setback did not deter him.

Three years later, he gathered the courage to give it another shot, and since then, We've been tirelessly building Precise MGMT. Our firsthand experience as a small business gives us an intimate understanding of entrepreneurs' struggles and triumphs.

Our journey has made us acutely aware that entrepreneurship can change lives.
