Will Clanton is a highly-sought business advisor who specializes in accounting. He also writes, speaks, and teaches small business owners and professionals how to transform their life by transforming their business.

 Will oversees this strategy with Precise MGMT, Inc., where he serves as the Founder & Managing Director. Through years of experience, he has amassed knowledge in tax planning, management consulting, technology consulting, and business leadership that sets him apart from his peers. As Will has seen first-hand time and again over the last 20 years, many small business owners get stuck when they lack credible information and reliable advice to help them grow and properly plan their business. Armed with the tools business owners need for success, Clanton and the Precise team lead the charge to overturn these obstacles.

Will Clanton started preparing tax returns at age 16. One day while bored, he decided to browse the IRS tax preparations book sent out yearly to assist all taxpayers in preparing their return. Will decided to practice on his mom. He prepared the tax return that year by hand. Of course, his mom didn't trust her 16 year old son to do her tax return. She was afraid it may have been done incorrectly and she was not sure if she would get the most back. Doubting if he did it correctly (who wouldn’t?), she went to her local tax preparer who she used yearly. Upon returning, to her shock the tax return refund computed by the tax preparer mirrored her 16 year old son's calculations. Will went on to prepare returns for his family members and then for his neighbors. He became the neighborhood’s trusted advisor.

Will went on to study accounting in college and received his Bachelor’s Degree. While attending college, he received an opportunity to intern at a small Public Accounting firm. Clanton was promoted to bookkeeper and got a raise after two weeks on the job. After preparing various tax returns for the firm, Clanton furthered his career at a firm ranked #31 in the nation. This is where he got his passion to birth Precise MGMT, Inc.
